The very rich industrialist John Hammond managed to build a theme park centered on dinosaurs (brought back to life thanks to a complex operation of genetic engineering), the "Jurassic Park". Hammond invites some experts and scientists to carry out an inspection on the island where the park is set up and to draw up a positive report that will allow him to obtain the funding he needs. But something goes wrong: due to a storm, the computerized control system of the park goes out of order, the dinosaurs break the fences in which they are locked up and run wild chasing humans.
Jurassic Park arrived in Italian cinemas for the first time on September 17, 1993. The screenplay is signed by Michael Crichton and David Koepp. the film was a huge box office success, earning over $1 billion worldwide, while in Italy it grossed nearly $30 million.
